Pusat Tuisyen Minda Sarjana Sukses collects student and guardian details to review applications, organise tuition, administer attendance and fees, issue receipts and contact families.
Submitted details and payment evidence are available to authorised centre administrators. The centre uses Cloudflare to operate this system and a private Google Drive archive for documents and recovery copies. These providers may process information outside Malaysia.
Provide details only for children for whom you are authorised to act. Avoid including unnecessary bank account information in uploaded payment evidence. Financial records are retained under the centre’s accounting and retention policy; contact the centre to ask about access, corrections, withdrawal of consent or retention.

This operational notice should be reviewed and supplemented by the centre before public launch, including its preferred contact method and retention periods.
